Fred Milan from DELCO graciously gave SWAG a tour of Delaware’s drinking water plant. We had 16 participants and saw the pumpstation on the Olentangy River, the upland reservoirs, and learned about the different stages to clean the water before it gets distributed throughout the DELCO service area. Thank you, Fred!
Earth Day Month 2025 was SWAG’s first tree planting in collaboration with Green Columbus. With a corporate group from Burns & McDonnell we had about 30 volunteers and planted over 200 tree seedlings. We plan to monitor their progress in the coming months and years.
